Student Services Experience Design

As the Assistant Director of Student Life at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, I was responsible for designing and iterating the student life experience for the Institute. This included creating opportunities for wellness, relaxation, engagement, and community partnerships.

Welcome Week

I redesigned student orientation from a two to three-week period where students fended for themselves to a concentrated, one-week experience that included a centralized information center, daily campus tours, and community building activities.
