As an effective organizational manager, I have designed new service offerings that drive revenue and client retention. At the VisLab at Arizona State University I have increased revenue by 300% over the past three years, added a design-as-a-service model to operations, and streamlined project workflows and project management systems for optimal performance.

I have extensive experience providing strategic guidance for the development of dynamic communications that convey complex ideas in easy to understand terms. This includes newsletters, digital and print collateral, and the design and production of branded apparel and other swag items.

My doctoral research explores strategic design and design futures as tools for driving institutional and cultural change. I put those learnings into practice through the use of foresight methods and facilitated workshops that help teams imagine, innovate, and plan for what's next.
